I have hardly arrived and I already begin rearranging the Grosvenor Suite and set up my atelier in front of the panorama high above London. I paint a night scene with myriad points of light and the London Eye. As day breaks, I collect all of my impressions of the metropolis, which are also now gathered on the street below.
Kaum angekommen, beginne ich prompt mit dem Umbau der Grosvenor Suite und richte mein Atelier vor dem Panorama hoch über London ein. Ich male den Nachtblick mit den tausendfachen Lichterpunkten und das London Eye. Als der Tag anbricht, sammle ich all meine Eindrücke der Metropole nun auch von unten ein.
